This device is a CT scanner specifically for the head, primarily used for screening neurological disorders such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer. It has been operational at the Shizuoka Prefectural Western Medical Center since 1997. Additionally, over 300 examinations have been conducted to date.
